Our jams are cooked in small batches to allow the true flavour of the fruit to stand out. Kookaberry jams contain only the fruit on the label and we add freshly squeezed lemon juice to help set the fruit and give our jams a lovely finish.

Natural fruit pectin is added at the end of the cooking process to help set the jam, thus preserving the colour and flavour of each jar.

As with all our products, they are Gluten Free and Vegan. We are All Natural and use no added artificial preservatives, colouring or additives. Our preserves are made fresh with seasonal fruit, low sugar and have a best before of Two years; just best to keep in the fridge after opening. We find these products taste so fresh and great that most people will consume them within a month or two. For some though it can be even quicker 🙂 We have also been approved to use The Official Australian Owned Logo.

Fig Jam

This perfect blend of Fresh figs is of delicious taste, pinkish hue colour, fragrant aroma. Fig Jam is always a treat for toast, scones, muffins. accompaniment to a cheese platter. This Fig Jam always delivers!

Strawberry Jam

Our locally grown Sweet strawberries made into a delicious jam is cooked quickly to retain the colour and flavour. Enjoy with scones, with toast or In a sponge cake.

3 Berry Jam

A combination of our berry jam in one irresistible package of Strawberries, Blackberries,& Raspberries combine to create a jam that always wows! with the perfect amount of tartness and real fruit flavour and texture. A hit to add to scrumptious muffins, scones and hot buttered slices of toast.

Blackberry Jam

Using Yarra valley Grown Blackberries left to ripen on the bush this is an old fashioned favorite!

Blueberry Jam

Made from local blueberries. Enjoy on a bagel with cream cheese. It is delicious and full of fruit pieces. We love it on our morning oats or crumpets. For those times when you are looking to impress try pairing this Blueberry Jam with Scones and Cream. A hit for any occasion!

Raspberry Jam

Raspberry Jam, in our opinion, is the pinnacle of Jams its cooked quickly to retain the colour and flavour of these luscious berries. Enjoy in a sponge cake or with a decadent croissant.. Best enjoyed on your morning toast or a scone or sponge cake should you wish to impress. A must have in the pantry for all good households.

Boysenberry Jam

One of the more exotic berries, Boysenberry has a lovely fruity aroma and taste . A truly refined and classic sumptuous flavour. Definitely harder to come by in any store and worth seeking out. One to savour!

Our Vinegars

Raspberry Balsamic, Strawberry Balsamic, Raspberry Vinegar, & Strawberry Vinegar

Sweet with a burst of Yarra Valley strawberries or raspberries & 100% Australian made using Australian artisan balsamic, Vinager & white wine vinegar with natural strawberry or Raspberry flavour. No thickeners, No starches, & Gluten free. Dress plated desserts. Pour on strawberries or other fresh fruit. Mix into softened ice cream and refreeze. Perfect pancake syrup.

Drizzle over a fresh green salad.Combine with olive oil and/or fresh herbs or garlic to make your own dressing.

For a creamier dressing blend with sour cream or natural yoghurt & cracked pepper.

Sprinkle over fresh oysters
